What on Earth is going on for Heaven's sake?

A small fridge magnet caught my eye years ago when I was a boy, and the words written on it have stayed with me ever since. it was not just a humourous play on words, but also a lingering question that should motivate all of us to expect great things from God, while attempting great things for God. This is “What on earth are you doing for heaven’s sake”! I’m Phil, and one of my heroes is Barnabas—an ordinary guy from Cyprus, the Son of Encouragement, as he was called. My family and I serve in South Africa, and my desire through this podcast is simply to encourage as many mission workers as I can who are laboring around the world through conversation, and to educate others "at home" who will listen in and learn more about the awesome and varied work going on for eternity. It may be new, entertaining, or even edgy—but it is all for His glory.
